Who Am I?

I am Tamara Willemsen and was born in 1984. I am married and live with my husband Mirko in a nice family home in Wageningen. Together, we are the proud parents of our son Xavi, born in 2015, and Luca in 2025.

I worked at various daycare centers for about 7 years and gained a lot of experience there. In 2013, I started as an independent childminder in parents’ homes. From 2018, I started my home childcare service, where I care for children aged 0-4 years. Vision

Every child is unique. I believe it’s important for a child to develop themselves and learn to play and share together. A child develops and discovers the world in their own way and at their own pace. What a child needs is love and a safe environment to develop.

A home childcare service is great because it’s small-scale. There is simply more time for each child. I enjoy spending my time with them doing crafts, singing, reading aloud, playing outside, and going for walks.

I find the “four Rs”: Rest(Rust), Cleanliness(Reinheid), Regularity(Regelmaat), and Respect(Respect) very important.
