Hello, I am Tamara Willemsen, I am married and have a son born in 2015 and another son in 2025. In the past, I worked in childcare at a daycare center. From 2013, I started as a childminder at parents’ homes, and from 2018, I started providing childcare at my own home in Wageningen as a childminder.

Childminder in Wageningen
We live in De Hoef in the De Weiden district in Wageningen. It is a child-friendly neighborhood with a nice playground behind my house. From here, I have every opportunity to undertake activities with the children. With my carrier bike(especially for childeren), we are quickly in the forest or in the park in Noordwest.
Most parents looking for childcare come from Wageningen themselves, but I have also had parents from Bennekom, Ede, Renkum and Rhenen who work in Wageningen.
In my daycare, I regularly have children whose parents come from abroad and study or work at the university. The main language we speak here is, of course, Dutch, but English is also no problem for me.
We have a beautiful child-friendly garden with toys where children can playfully learn together and develop into preschoolers.

In my childcare, I try to vary the different age groups. This way, every child also interacts with various age groups.
Qualified Childminder
Naturally, I hold an SPW3 diploma and a children’s first aid diploma, so I always know what to do in an emergency. In 2022, I also obtained my VVE Certificate (pre- and early school education) and the Piramide certification for childminders.

Of course, I am affiliated with a childminder agency so that the childcare meets all requirements and parents are entitled to childcare allowance.
Municipal Health Service Inspection
The childcare location is regularly checked by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) to ensure all safety and hygiene requirements are met.
